I submitted a few pics to db  some weeks ago and explained to him that one was not typical and feel free to not post it.  The only reason I included it was because we were all wallowing in some dark times here at QJ and I thought this might break the Mood of the Month.

We plant about 8000 every year along our rural county road. The neighbors and birds both seem to appreciate it.  The POD only shows about half of the row.

OK.  Where in Indiana is this rural road, and what is the best time to be there?  We are not that far from Indiana, and that is just so uplifting and gorgeous!

Spartan2,

I am afraid you will have to wait a bit.   The POD photo was from late last summer.   We will be planting again in late June /early July, depending on the weather.

You are 282 miles from where we are in Central Indiana.   You would be welcome
anytime.

And now we return to our regular Canoe and Camping programming.

Well, our granddaughter is thinking of going to college at IUPUI, so if you are in the Indianapolis area, I might just make the trip!

Knowing where Solus likes to go I'm guessing this is upper Kahshahpiwi in Quetico.

Today's pic.....I'm thinking that's a time where you take a paddle stroke and let 'er coast for a bit and have a sip of coffee and just soak it all in!   The clouds on the horizon look like a cold front coming or just came through??

Stay safe........

When I first looked at today's POD I just breathed for awhile and thought, "Oh, I wish I were there right now!"

Thanks, Solus.   Smiley

That's the first thing I thought too. Cool
Just glide along and take it all in. Hot coffee would be a bonus perk.
