	Wonderful image Lynda. I love the quiet humble views that present themselves around a camp or perhaps a portage or a pause in paddling the shoreline. It is often this "small beauty" that resonates in the heart. It takes a special awareness to mark and capture it- well done.

	I miss those days too. Their first big fish, teaching them different paddle strokes, T-storms in a tent, wearing their lifejacket like a diaper and jumping out of the canoe in the middle of the lake, etc... I am thankful that they can carry a lot more stuff these days though.

This image is one of the same sequence as the photo earlier that had the camp stool and the paperback book. And as I said then, it is still an image (and the memory of a place) that comes back to me very vividly years later. Sometimes it is just the little quiet moments that make the best memories. I was always trying to capture that feeling so that when I was no longer going, I could relive it in my mind.
