I own a poke boat.  They are a nylon fabric composite. Very light.

Hey MP is it a poke like the one in the picture or a poke vagabond?

I like the old-school high water pants look in today's POD.  Wink Grin Grin

Is that a Johnson "Country Mile" and a Zebco 202?

After staring at today's POD for a bit and then realizing the two kids were holding fishing rods, I also noticed one had a spincast and one had a spinning reel...as a kid, I started with the Zebco and then once had a Johnson spincast that broke fairly quickly on me....

Today's POD brought a big smile to my face!
The looks on their faces say it all.  Cool

Another great throwback POD  Cool
Looks like Mom is rocking the Minnie Pearl look.
The older boy on the right has a hat that looks like one Fidel Castro used to wear.

I'm sure the young man wasn't copying him.
What kind of hat style is that?

ST,

I've been noticing that hat in the last couple pics.  It occurred to me yesterday that I had seen it in the 1956 movie, Forbidden Planet.

Here's the style that caught on for a while at the time: (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)
