  Nice canoe Jimmar  Smiley
I'd be terrified in that beauty because if there is a hidden rock, you can bet I'll find it  Wink Grin

This is #6 that I used on the Last of the Mohicans trip. I am currently finishing #7, a 13'7'' solo pac. I'm hoping for a weight around 35 lbs.

I built them to use them. They are actually pretty durable. Mine suffer plenty of scratches and dings.

Reading top to bottom, left to right... my attention pretty much stopped at the watch.

I once went back to look for a gifted watch I somehow lost at a portage. It was waiting for me at the landing.

Thanks Jimmar!
I've never really fished around that Island.
I usually fish the outflow from Lonely Creek for Smallies, find a camp then move on the next day.

Will have to spend sometime in that area.
I don't know if I could handle a fish that size and get a picture solo? Don't want it flopping around in the bottom of canoe. Probably take a pic along side the canoe and call it good.  Wink Grin

ST,

The attached shows the area we fished, this POD was a 43 in. fish. The next day we caught a heavier 44 in. Also at end of the yellow line from the bullseye we fished from shore and caught a walleye almost every cast.
