Recipes for the Boundary Waters and Quetico

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Potatoes about 2 per person
  • 1 onion green or red bell pepper
  • 1 lb sausage (we use spicy)
  • eggs (optional)
  • hot peppers (optional)

Cooking instructions:
Cook sausage and eggs (if using) fully. Then chop and add the remaining ingredients. Let brown then enjoy.

This is a great meal for your last days in the BWCAW because it gets rid of a lot and you can add anything else you like.
