- Potatoes about 2 per person
- 1 onion green or red bell pepper
- 1 lb sausage (we use spicy)
- eggs (optional)
- hot peppers (optional)
Cook sausage and eggs (if using) fully. Then chop and add the remaining ingredients. Let brown then enjoy.
This is a great meal for your last days in the BWCAW because it gets
rid of a lot and you can add anything else you like.
