Really appreciate the feedback.
I've done several trips into the North Bay area and beyond,base camped at Lady Boot Bay, and did a circuit into Brent and down the Darky to Minn. All were wonderful and have had all types of weather.

This year we wanted to try a new area and was looking at the big island at the east end of Carp Lake for the first base camp. (Do you know anything about this area and campsites?) Looks like we might be able to get into about 11 different lakes and potholes from that location, including That Man.

Is Emerald truely green?

Also are there a lot of cliffs in that area?
