Fishing is a great way to pass the time while you're waiting for the light to get better! The hard part is both fishing and photography get easier around twilight. You asked the perfect questions for me to get carried away. Partly because of my history with the subject matter but mostly because I thought my answer might help me decide whether or not to squeeze in another trip this fall. (It didn't.) An old mentor of mine had this to say about being an artist (photographer) "...sometimes you're constipated, sometimes you have diarrhea..." That statement and what follows are probably more than you ever wanted to know. I trimmed the following three posts down as much as I could but I might still be full of (something :-) If I raise more questions than I answer, just ask. It may take some time but I'll answer 'em as best I can. Then some "photo weenie" will correct me. As it should be. Such is life! Ya gotta do what your good at. To learn is to grow.
