Thanks for your help. We will be going by tow up as far as possible. Then going through basswood river and the falls, been through there twice before. I think we will spend sometime on Crooked before Wed. Bay for one night, then on to Friday/Saturday Bay. I don't want to work the motor to hard, he gets grumpy. But provides entertainment falling out of the canoe. Be in Ely on 6-14-02, be glad to buy you a drink for your help. Brian
