Portage Description:
From the South, a gradual uphill track on a wide path. About 1/2 way there is a major tree obstruction. It gets tougher after this, even though it starts to turn downhill about 25 rods further. The trail is rocky with ledges and there is a tree or two down on the downhill slope with narrow ways around.
