Portage Description:
Other than the fact that its 180 rods, this is a very easy portage. Its mostly level and without annoying large boulders or deadfall. Of course, I have not been there since the big storm of 99 so that may have changed. Overall, even a rather novice group can do this portage without any trouble.
Lake after portage: Kiana

Lake Description:
Pretty lake, not a lot of use. Good Pike fishing. Typical bog stained water. Can see 4-8 feet.
