Portage Description:
Be sure to take the 48 rod portage from the south arm of East Bearskin to Alder, which is easy and relatively flat. The north arm portage from E. Bearskin to Alder is approx. 80 rods of steep up and down.

Lake Description:
Beautiful lake - lots of pine tree and rocky cliffs. we didn't have any luck fishing, but that may be a symptom of our fishing skills.
