Portage Description:
The portage is well worn. A slight elevation gain on the front side, only to roll down on the back. A great portage if you ask me. My wife and I took the portage and the other members of our party were able to float through on the feeder to the west of the portage.
Lake after portage: Middle Cone
Known campsites: 2
Lake Description:
S.Cone is a classic boundary water. A small lake with great campsites. Fished for a few hours in various bays and hooked a couple of bass. Not the clearest of lakes but well worth the trip
