Portage Description:
I'm adding this portage because we had about 2" of rain the night before & this portage was actually 10 yds shown on older maps instead of the 90 yds in normal water. I was carrying the canoe & turned the corner along the creek where you have to cross the creek in order to continue down the portage along the creek, I thought I'll never get across that torrent of water with a canoe on my back. Then I looked down what previously was Ada creek/slough I was overjoyed that it was now I real creek, we paddled the rest of the way.
