Portage Description:
The first 5 rods or so were shin-deep muck when I was there in June. After that, it climbs very steeply for about 2/3 of the portage. Almost rated it 'difficult', but it's not a particularly long portage. Lake after portage: Unnamed*

Small, shallow 'pothole' lake. If you're getting low on water, pump it from Fran before you hit this lake. Portage from Unnamed* into:
