Portage Description:
Canoe exit good. Portage is steep and straight up and decends more gradual to McIntrye. Carrying heavy gear would tax you; but is relatively short. Exit is into deeper water and is good.

Lake Description:
Lake is clear. Long reef extends out into the lake from left to right as you paddle north into body of lake. Left from reef is small bay and another small lake. Did not explore rest of lake. Fishing for small mouth was fair in bay.
