Portage Description:
We decided to paddle up a creek in the northeast corner of Lonely to these two no-name lakes. There is a short hop from Lonely to the creek and then it is upstream for the majority of the way; may be tough in lower water. Stay right for the last hop; there is a useable moose trail with the usual hang-ups. Never made the adjacent lake; ran out of time.

Lake Description:
Narrow, fairly clear lake with pretty good smallies. Northern shoreline was a bit steep; south shore was typical stuff. Worth the trip.
