The main benefit for you folks is probably way faster searches and searchable PM folders.

Ahhhh the bane of my existence! 

I personally have an issue I've been looking at "recently" in that regard with part of the board as well. Wait the entire website? It's built for old codgers with bad eyes like me!

Any other Goldilocks out there?

Are either of the blue or grey template(s) any better? Not that I would want anyone to have to do it all the time but does the font bigger/smaller browser buttons (menu items) work in Windows?

I have the same issue as prouboy.  I am also a techno-illiterates who had no idea you could do something like that!  Thanks for the suggestion!
