I've been lurking as well - vicariously enjoying via Rockhead (since my PC died).

I didn't get to the parks this year. My friends had "a great camping trip" as they described it. They found some monster pike using Zara Spooks, but few were landed, they tell me.

But, there were many wolves, many birds, a pine marten, and a few other critters. Wind was really bad - windbound X 2 days. But, how far were they going to go, anyway.

For me, there's next year. Maybe that's why I badly missed the posts from those who share my opinions, feelings, passions if you will, about being in the woods.
