Geez, you guys are selling me on the Vexilar! That's particularly unfortunate as I've already told my wife I would save $140 on my fishing toy by going with FishEasy instead....

Bottom line = I'd much rather be hauling the Vexilar around the Park if the resolution is decent and the run time on those smaller batteries gets me through most of a week.

I'll report back on how the Vexilar works out for me in late June. I'll be using it on the lake trout at east end of the southern arm Quetico Lake and over in Jean....
