I agree with Brad's opinion of the Vexilar LC-10. I think it's a great little unit. You mentioned you heard it wasn't sensitive? On last year's Quetico trip, when my son in the bow would reel in his spoon, after a lake trout trolling run, I could track it as it came up through the transducer cone. Pretty sensitive unit, IMHO.
