Portage Description:
Well Maintained, very steep drop of 75' to the river. The Canadian Shelf is present. A Rookie commented that there was a concrete path ahead, which turn out to be a large smooth out crop of rock. Small put in area at the river end, but manageable.

Lake Description:
Little Indian Souix River, slowly meanders through vast expanses of wild rice downstream to a 60 rod portage approx 4 miles.
