Portage Description:
The landing on the Wagosh side is kind of narrow but otherwise good and the gun lake landing is good. The trail is up and down with overall pretty good footing.

Lake Description:
There is one good site on Gun Lake. It's on the shore near the Gull Lake portage. Fishing has been good to me here. Trolling a Mepps along the skinny part of Gun Lake was very productive - in bullet lake as well. Jigging worms 15-20yds. from shore near the above campsite is good for walleye.
