Portage Description:
To go this way you've either gotta be insane or a glutton for punishment. We single tripped it with a 60 pound gear pack, a 25 pound food pack, and a 65 pound fiberglass 18.5' canoe. Expect narrow rocky up and down trail w/ multiple downed trees. Even lighter weight gear would make it less suicidal. We were looking for routes away from the pack and this did it for us.

The lake is shaped somewhat like a worm. We moved though this lake and didn't notice much else about it.
