Portage Description:
Named on the Fisher map as 'Singing Brook' portage and known by some people as 'Singing Waters' this short portage parallels a pretty little creek flowing from Sunday to Burke. Map shows portage on left, but I have crossed on either side of the creek. When you reach the top of the creek, on Sunday, go 2 or 3 rods beyond the first available put-in and you'll find a somewhat easier put-in. Campsites are on either side of the creek, and it's a nice place to stop for lunch.
Lake after portage: Sunday
Known campsites: 6
Lake Description:
Sunday is a typically nice lake of 1037 acres with all the popular species of fish. Leads on to Agnes via Meadows. One island campsite, at least six others. One not on the map, and I'm not telling where!
