Portage Description:
Certainly not a "walk-in-the-park". Many ups and downs. Some places is a narrow path over jagged rock. The put-in at the Meadows side is a wide, flat and sometimes mucky spot.

Lake Description:
Meadows is a small lake. Campsites often full if late in the day and people don't want to take on both portages at once. If you keep paddling through to Agnes, you'll be in the water less than 5 minutes as you take-out again to get to Agnes.
