Portage Description:
This is NOT the Chatterton falls portage, it's the other one on around the point. I don't remember too much about this portage, so it must not have been overly hard or easy. I remember on the Russell side there was a nice sandy beach to pull up on and unload.

Lake Description:
Chatterton seemed like a nice lake, but it was getting ready to storm so didn't spend much time enjoying it ... paddled hard to get to a campsite.
