Portage Description:
This is a difficult portage to get to but once your there it is no problem. From Star you have to canoe a small creek through the muskeg. At times I had to get out and push the canoe. The creek touches the canoe on both sides. I was there once when another group didn't believe it was the way to the portage. Once through the muskeg the portage begins at an old beaver dam and up a large boulder to the right.
