Portage Description:
This is an interesting portage as it follows the path of an old railroad. Your path is one of the old "ruts" - the other is a few feet away and buried with debris. The path itself is great, but the final few feet down to Beaverhouse are very treacherous, especially when wet- take great care or get some help getting down that last slope.
