Can I use a RABC permit (or some other kind of permit?)to cross into Quetico for day trips, camping in the BWCA? Or is this kind of day trip even allowed? Do the same rules apply all year round? If a RABC is required, do I download it from the web and send it... where? Is there a quota?

Or is day tripping like this on a don't-get-caught basis...
