Portage Description:
Although very long it is an excellent trail - very well maintained. Lake Superior was a welcome sight. It took us about 4 and a half hours to do it.

Lake Description:
Lake Superior is great for swimming. The only camping near the end is at the marina and be ready to pay for a site. I think it was $12 per tent. I highly recommend the fur trade headquarters.
