Portage Description:
Starts out at the beach and then quickly you have a waist deep, narrow 40 foot long pond. We ferried our gear over it in the canoes. Then the portage is uphill for about 60 rods. Rocky. Eventually it levels out and then it is a gradual downhill to Berniece.
