It is rocky at both ends. Wet entry is best. Take your time landing if dry entry. Portage is good. After paddling a small pond, the next portage is 40 rods and could be described the same.

Nice med. size lake (1.5 mile x 1 mile). Some base camp here, some overnight and others pass through.
