Portage Description:
The landing at the North/South lake end was very muddy. It is a slight downhill walk going from Section 3 Pond to North/South Lake.

Lake Description:
There a number of small northerns and some smallies in the lake. A beaver dam going from North/South to Lac La Croix had opened so the lake had dropped about 3 feet. The campsite on the island looked liked it had not been used in many years, but the other two are nice. There is a nice creek coming in just north of the campsite on the west shore.
