Portage Description:
Portaging is really easy. Bypass is available though through the creek between the two. The only problem is the walk, but it shouldn't be a problem because the cool, refreshing water feels great after a long day.

Lake Description:
The lake is huge, the water is relatively clear. The fishing is FANTASTIC!!!!! Out of all my trips, this has to be my all time favorite place to catch the monster smallies. I Really hate to spend more than a day on one lake, but this one I base camped for 5 days. The fishing was just awesome...
