Portage Description:
This portage was a little bit longer. There's a difficult spot halfway through the portage where you actually climb up about 8' by roots and rocks. Jean lake makes it worth the trip. The portage is tricky to find, our map shown it to be in the farthest bay from the Quetico/Conk portage, but it ended up being in the bay right before the farthest one. Not a very good landing either side. So portage is in some cedars in the closer bay, not the marshy inlet of the 2nd bay.
