I'm considering purchasing a portable fish finder for an August trip. Don't seem to have a problem catching the Bass & Pike, but the walleye present a greater challenge.

Looking for feedback from anyone on what make & model to consider.

I've "stumbled across walleyes" on the many trips I've taken but am considering using electronics to increase my chances of walleye fillets for dinner.
