Portage Description:
Portage starts by switch-backing directly up the face of a steep rocky hill. The portage goes down the hill through a wet muddy area where you either walk through the mud or attempt to walk on slippery logs. There are a couple of sharp right turns where you have to go forward and backwards to maneuver around trees. There is one more steep climb after that.
