Portage Description:
If you are out of shape, forget it! This portage is at a steep incline to the mid point, and a steep decline to the end. You have to work coming and going. Also fairly rocky

Lake Description:
Lac La Croix, an excellent lake. The water tastes good, and is the clearest lake I have seen thus far.
