Not a particularly memorable portage, despite making it late in the day. 100'+ elevation gain, but not especially steep.

Lake Description:
Slim Lake is just as it's name implies: Long and slender. Far enough from entry points that I enjoyed complete solitude there, although I could hear the occasional motor traffic (float planes?) on adjacent Lac La Croix.
