The Bottle Portage is noted for being a mess much of the time. It is not particularly arduous but knee-deep mud is not uncommon.

Iron is a good fishing lake and is very scenic. Don't miss Curtain Falls and Rebecca Falls. Both are a must-see in the Quetico.
