Portage Description:
A real "tester". After leaving Trease Lake, the trail turns to knee-deep swamp about 30 rods in and stays swampy for about 20 rods. Then up and down to intersection with Angleworm trail. many blueberries in season, steep drop at end.

Lake after portage: Angleworm
Known campsites: 4
Lake Description:

Angleworm Lake is tough to get to and therefore will provide a good deal of solitude. about one mile long, north to south and never more than a couple of hundred feet wide, its easy to see how it gets its name. The best campsites are on the east shore about halfway up the lake.
