Portage Description:
The portage is up hill early and consists of a boulder field punctuated by mud holes. Watch your ankles! Not sure about the exact distance.

Lake Description:
Vesper is a pretty little lake. Water is tanicy(sp?). Brown Drake mayflies hatching in late May.
