Portage Description:
Actually made up of 3 portages. The first one is 30 rods and the last one is 10 rods. The 2 short ones are easy. The middle one is 140 rods of ups and downs with a lot of rocks and a few places where the drop off is considerable if you loose your footing. You'll appreciate having this one out of the way.

Lake after portage: Fourtown
Known campsites: 8+
Lake Description:

Water was stained the color of tea. Strong cold front just went through and fishing was tough. Still managed to catch some nice pike in the shallow bays at the north and west ends of the lake. Had a really big walleye break off at one of the islands.
