Portage Description:
This is an easy portage, the landing on Newfound (Moose) is long and shallow (the stream enters Newfound here). It is also very popular and can have a traffic jams - the last time I did it there was a group of 9 Yuppie Texans taking a break on the Splash side apparently unaware that they were idiots, luckily this landing can support large groups.
