Length: 35 rods
Rating: easy
Additional Perspectives:

Portage Description:
Easy portage that starts with a nice landing to the left of the river's entrance into Cummings. This portage is short, flat and has good footing until the last few steps to the Korb River.

Lake after portage: Korb River
Known campsites: None at all
Lake Description:

The Korb river here is wide and slow moving - thanks to the beaver dam at the end of the portage. Watch the shores for the abundant sundews and pitcher plants. About 1/4 mile up the river you can head left, to Silaca Lake, or right to Korb Lake. Don't miss Korb Lake if you enjoy catching largemouth bass. We caught ~40 along one shoreline as we passed through.
