Portage Description:
Water level was high enough to paddle Jackfish Creek. Several pullovers (beaver dams and logs). Creek is pretty narrow w/switch backs & could be difficult to navigate in a canoe longer than the 18.5' one we had, especially in lower water.

Lake Description:
Bewag is nice with decent pike fishing. There are 3 decent sites & the miserable one we stayed at by accident, which I don't count as a site.
