Portage Description: I rated this portage average because of the muck at the beginning of this portage. Once past the first 20 rods it is easy. This portage is located in the most southwestern bay of Saganagons. I have never been able to find the portage by the outlet from Sliver Falls into Saganagons. There are two ways to start this portage. Take the one to your right by the very large rock. This portage is a steady incline to mid point and then down to a shore line of sand and gravel. Lake after portage: Lilypad Known campsites: not sure Lake Description: Nice lake to visit. We were just passing thru. The southern section of the lake is a long narrow section of shallow water two to three feet deep. This section leads to the next portage and the bottom is very, very, very soft. I pushed my paddle into the mud about three feet and didn't touch any solid ground. Portage from Lilypad into: Jasper
