Portage Description:
The Beymer book says this one goes up 130' from Little Loon and then drops 50' down to Slim. I do remember some rocks and mud in places, and water running down the trail. Not too bad, just some elevation changes and fairly long .... typical of the area. We hit this one at beginning of trip, so food pack was full.
