Lake Description:

Cummings Lake is a large, multi bay lake with water clarity of ~10 feet. It has an excellent population of smallmouth, with many small fish and a decent number of 16-20 inch fish on the deeper rocks. The smallmouth in Cummings are rather lean for their length, with 20 inch fish averaging only about 3 pounds. It also has a nice population of largemouth bass, averaging about 16", that can be found in the fallen trees and shallow bays. Northern are not abundant, but there are some nice-sized fish to be caught.

Campsites on the East end of this lake appear to be well-worn, but those on the west end see much less traffic.
