Portage Description: This is the southernmost portage on Kahshahpiwi. With high water, it is actually two portages. As you are heading south, the trail will split. Bear to the right and you will put into a swampy beaver pond among some nasty rocks along a cliff wall. A short paddle in this swamp will take you to a short 4 rod hop over the Beaver dam. Rated difficult due to the two stage process. Lake after portage: Unnamed* Known campsites: None at all Lake Description: Unnamed lake between Kahshahpiwi and Side Lake Portage from Unnamed* into: Return to Kahshahpiwi
